Theresa LoughlinTraining and Development Advisor Is a Fellow of the Institute for Learning (IfL) and holds an MA in Training and Human Resource Development as well as a PGCE in Further and Adult Education. Theresa has a background in accountancy and has worked in the private sector in both engineering and the financial services industries, prior to her becoming a lecturer at a College of Further Education. As a private sector manager and Head of School within education, she has a wide range of operational experience and successfully led teams, delivering projects in a diverse range of disciplines. |

Sue BlowerTraining and Development Advisor Is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has worked in the clothing manufacturing and retail industries. Sue holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and has 12 years experience lecturing in management and personal development at a College of Further Education. |
Charles GunterTrainer and Safety Consultant Is a Chartered Safety Practioner, a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and a Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers. He served in the Royal Air Force, was a Senior Officer in Fire Service. Past appointments include Risk Manager for a Primary Care Trust and Head of Health and Safety for a Scottish National Health Service. Charles holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and has lectured in Operations Management, Team Leading, Health and Safety and Fire Safety. |
